ADHD Coaching for Adults UK
Living with ADHD can feel like you're flying a starship with a manual everyone else seems to have received except you.
You know you're capable. You have ideas, ambitions and good intentions. Yet everyday tasks can feel harder than they should. Motivation disappears, routines feel exhausting, and what you want to do often doesn't match what you actually get done.
If this sounds familiar, you're not lazy or broken.
Your ADHD brain works differently, and you're not alone.
Hi, I'm Jules and I'm an ADHD coach supporting adults...
who are either diagnosed, awaiting a diagnosis, or believe they have ADHD. I have a particular interest in working with women diagnosed later in life, especially those navigating the additional challenges that can arise during menopause.
At this stage, many women feel overwhelmed, exhausted, misunderstood, and disconnected from themselves, wondering why strategies that once worked no longer seem effective.

Your Coaching Mission Starts Here
Many people with ADHD have spent years trying advice that wasn't designed for them.
You've probably heard:
"Just be more organised"
"Should try harder"
"You need more discipline"
"Use a planner"
If those approaches worked, you wouldn't still be struggling.
ADHD coaching helps you discover strategies that match the way your brain naturally operates. Rather than forcing yourself into systems that don't fit, you'll learn how to work with your strengths while managing the challenges ADHD brings.
Together, we can tackle and focus on what's most important to you, including but not limited to the following,
✅ Time management
✅ Organisation and overwhelm
✅ Motivation and task initiation
✅ Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria
✅ Self-confidence and self-acceptance
✅ Goal setting and accountability
✅ Work, study and life balance

My Experience
Before becoming an ADHD coach, I qualified as a Children's Nurse and worked in both healthcare and boarding school settings. Throughout my career, I've supported, mentored and coached students, colleagues and peers, helping them build confidence, resilience and trust in their own abilities.
Above all, I bring warmth, curiosity and genuine care to my coaching. My aim is to create a space where you feel understood, supported and empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
"Jules is so approachable; her calm demeanour is so encouraging. She makes me feel valued and an important part of the team."

Frequently Asked Questions
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy often focuses on healing and understanding past experiences. Coaching focuses on creating strategies, building skills and moving towards future goals.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. Many clients seek coaching while exploring ADHD or waiting for assessment.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Many people start with a series of six sessions to build momentum and establish new habits.
What if I'm nervous about coaching?
That's completely normal. The discovery call is an opportunity to ask questions, meet me, and decide whether coaching feels right for you.
